At Sinfenazuk, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To uphold this commitment, we offer a 14-days exchange policy. However, please note that we do not facilitate returns. Should you wish to exchange an item, it must meet specific criteria. The product must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it, accompanied by its original packaging. We strive to ensure that our customers receive products that meet their expectations and adhere to the highest standards of quality.

Conditions for Exchange: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason. Any excess fabric, stitching styling and accessories or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the product description. Such exchange/refund claims will not be regarded as valid.
